ACCORD’S FOCUS ON OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTINUES WITH THE LAUNCH OF ITS TELEMARKETING INITIATIVE

Accord Healthcare is delighted to announce the launch of its new telemarketing initiative to community pharmacy.  Accord’s telemarketing initiative will offer customers a bespoke service tailored to suit pharmacist’s needs.

Speaking at the launch, Padraic O’Brien, Accord’s Head of Commercial said “at Accord we listen to our customers and we are always looking for new ways to better serve them.  We believe our new telemarketing initiative will offer a fast and efficient service to customers, with special deals for them to take advantage of. We have planned this initiative for some time and believe we have learned from our customers on how we can enhance our service, building on our promise to be their Preferred Partner”.

Accord understands that pharmacists are extremely busy, dispensing medicine, dealing with their customers, complying to new and stricter government regulations and the purchasing of product can be both time consuming and sometimes confusing. Accord’s telemarketing service will help make this process easier and more efficient, allowing them to take advantage of the best deals in the market.

David Lane, Accord Key Account Manager will head up the new telemarketing team with Shane O’Driscoll leading the team in Cork. Shane has multiple years’ telesales experience and will be working with customers to ensure the service is tailored and specific to their needs.
