Quality Control Laboratory Technician

Role: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract
Location: Barnstaple (Devon)
Salary: Circa £20k + bonus + benefits
The Role:

We’re seeking a meticulous and methodical QC Technician to join our friendly laboratory department within our ‘Bulk Goods’ (pre-packing and validation testing of our established products) or ‘Stability’ (checking our packed products are fit for purpose and compliant with their specified shelf life) teams. Working to our monthly / packing line schedules, you’ll safely retrieve your samples and conduct relevant tests against your assigned products, taking guidance from the product’s specification notes and closely adhering to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), instructions and industry requirements (e.g. health & safety standards, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)).

Finance Analyst – Commercial Division

Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Barnstaple (Devon)
Salary: £25k – £33k + bonus + benefits
The Role:

We’re seeking a methodical yet dynamic Finance Analyst to support the financial performance of our Commercial division by conducting robust financial planning and reporting, and by ensuring effective financial control procedures are in place and operating efficiently. Working across our annual and monthly business cycles, you’ll contribute to all annual budgeting and monthly re-forecasting activities (including spend analysis and budget tracking), compile monthly financial results for the Commercial division and conduct the relevant analysis to maintain a current and consistent view of performance, in-line with Group reporting requirements.

Logistics & Inventory Coordinator

Role: Full-time, permanent

The Role:

We’re seeking a methodical and customer-focussed Logistics and Inventory Coordinator to help arrange and ensure the smooth transit of our products into our distribution centre, maintaining compliance with all company, industry and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements. Using our company systems, you’ll work closely with our Supply and Demand teams, as well as DHL, to identify suitable stock and arrange the necessary paperwork to secure shipment appointments and work with our Freight Forwarding suppliers to ensure inbound deliveries are received in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

R&D Laboratory Technician

Role: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £19k – £26k + shift premium + bonus + benefits
The Role:

We’re seeking a meticulous and methodical R&D Laboratory Technician to conduct routine laboratory analyses (e.g. HPLC, GC, UV) to support the development and submission of our new product developments, product line extensions and product transfers. Complying with GLP principles, health & safety requirements and departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), you’ll retrieve and test samples to support the non-routine release of our products, ensuring results and observations are accurately documented and reporting any instances of non-compliance to maintain safe and accurate working across the department.

Quality Control Laboratory Support Technician

Role: Full-time, permanent

Salary: circa £19k + bonus + benefits
The Role:

Due to internal promotion we’re seeking a pro-active and organised Quality Control Laboratory Support Technician to support the wider laboratory teams with the maintenance, verification and calibration of the 40+ pieces of laboratory equipment, and playing a key role in minimising down time of the laboratory. QC Laboratory Analyst

Role: Full-time, permanent

The Role:

Due to significant company growth, we’re seeking additional meticulous and methodical QC Laboratory Analysts to develop the testing, analysis and release of our products, including solid oral dose and effervescent tablets, along with speciality medicaments such as potent drugs. Planner

The Role:

We’re seeking a logical and pragmatic Planner to utilise our ERP software to produce effective work schedules for our machines or our suppliers. You will need to balance our demand levels and capacity whilst maintaining appropriate inventory levels, all in compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Assigned your own machines or suppliers, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the associated work processes, equipment and restrictions in order to anticipate issues (e.g. breakdowns, absence, supply delays) and adjust your plans accordingly.
